大沼 清  産学融合特任准教授
細胞と機械とのハイブリッドマイクロマシンの開発
 様々な機能を持つ細胞をiPS細胞のような多能性幹細胞から作製し、それを部品として組み込んだマイクロマシンやマイクロフルイディクスの作製を目指します。細胞の良いところと、機械の良いところを組み合わせ、両方の利点を兼ね備えたデバイスを開発したいと思います。この研究は、患者由来の細胞を用いたオーダーメイドの人工臓器や、オーダーメイド医薬品アッセイ用のデバイス等の開発に繋がることが期待されます。
