• When the Japan Meteorological Agency detects an earthquake with a seismic intensity of 5 or higher in Niigata Prefecture or Kanto-Koshin District, Yamagata Prefecture, Fukushima Prefecture, Toyama Prefecture the Safety Information System automatically sends a Safety Confirmation E-mail to the pre-registered e-mail addresses.
• When the Safety Confirmation E-mail is received, students and faculty members are to report their situation such as their safety status, current location and comments using the device (PC, tablet, mobile phone, etc.) on which they received the e-mail.
• In disasters other than earthquakes and disaster prevention drills, the person in charge of management will manually send an e-mail to confirm the safety of pre-registered members.
  In addition, when other emergency responses are required, the person in charge of management shall manually inform you by e-mail.

１．First, please visit the ANPIC Initial Registration Website. (for all students and all faculty members)

２．After accessing, refer to the following Initial Setting Procedure and enter necessary information.

※　Enter the following appropriate numbers for the login ID.
　Student: Student ID 8-digit number Faculty member: Faculty ID 8-digit number
　(for dispatched staff, an 8-digit number will be notified separately)

※　We have already resistered your campuss e-mail address(stn、vos、mech、kjs、jcom...etc)
　with "e-mail address 1"

※　To ensure that you can receive the Safety Confirmation E-mails on holidays, national holidays, business travel destinations, etc., please register at least　one e-mail address that can be sent to your personal mobile phone.
　(Up to 2 e-mail addresses can be registered)

※　Even if you changed STN e-mail address,you do not need to reregister changed STN e-mail address.

※　For non-degree students (research students, exchange students, exchange research students,
　etc.),you do not need to register as your personal e-mail address has been registered
　by the university.

※　In this system, for security reasons, the personal information such as your e-mail
　address you registered cannot be viewed by others.

※　When you register a second e-mail address, you can send a test e-mail to it.

1. Log in to ANPIC
2. Open the account settings screen
3. Click “Send test e-mail” button shown below the registered e-mail address.
   ⇒　If you successfully receive the test e-mail, your registration is completed correctly.If no test e-mail is received, please follow the directions in “2. Setting to Receive Specific E-mail”
4. If you cannot register by the above method, the registered e-mail address may be incorrect, so please check again.

　If you have anti-spam function set in your mobile phone e-mail, please customize your settings so that you can receive e-mails from　【no-reply★jecc.jp】. (change ★ to @)
　If you do not know how to do it, check the method on the website of mobile phone companies to receive e-mails from a specific e-mail address.
