About Nagaoka University of Technology Alumni Association (NUT Alumni)

Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT) established the Nagaoka　University of Technology Alumni Association (“NUT Alumni”) in January 2018 for all graduates, current students, as well as current and former staff. This organization aims to promote the creation and strengthening of connections and networks among its members, and to stimulate the university’s education, research, and social cooperation activities.
NUT Alumni endeavors to provide information to its members in order to enhance their mutual connections.
Membership in NUT Alumni is free with no registration fees or annual fees.

August 9, 2023: Alumni gathering 2023 will be held on November 25th.
February 8, 2023: Request for all alumni to register/update their data in the NUT Alumni system.

Please Register as an NUT Alumni Member

NUT Alumni has entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Alumni Association of Nagaoka University of Technology ("Alumni Association") regarding the mutual provision of personal information. In collaboration with Alumni Association, NUT Alumni will provide support to its members and disseminate the latest information from the university. To implement these activities, we ask all NUT Alumni members to register their updated information at the NUT Alumni Member Information Registration website. All registered information will only be used for the affairs of NUT, NUT Alumni, and Alumni Association.

NUT Alumni Member Information Registration

NUT Alumni has implemented a system to manage its members’ information. Please register at the Registration Application website. When the registered information has been confirmed, we will send you your user ID and password via email. If there have been any changes to your address, email address, or other information, please revise/update this information in the NUT Alumni system. Members will be sent the latest information about university events (e.g., Homecoming Day) to their registered contact details.

Personal information will only be used as required to conduct the affairs of NUT, NUT Alumni, and Alumni Association.
All personal information obtained from members will not be provided/disclosed to third parties without the express consent of the persons concerned except in cases of disclosure in accordance with the laws, regulations, ordinances, or requests from the relevant authorities.
In order to facilitate the activities of NUT Alumni, some of its operations may be outsourced to contractors. In such cases, the minimum necessary amount of personal information may be provided to the contractors. All personal information provided to contractors will only be used for the purposes specified by NUT in accordance with a confidentiality agreement, and will not be used beyond the scope of that agreement. Contractors are required to securely manage all information.
