　On April 16, the Academic Cooperation Agreement was concluded at Universidad de Deusto, Bilbao, the Basque Country, one of the best and prestigious universities in Spain.
　Universidad de Deusto has produced numerous notable alumni in political, economic and cultural fields, especially Engineering department enhances its mechanical engineering, information engineering, management engineering as well as innovation and entrepreneurship field.
　President Dr. Niihara and José María Guibert S.I, President of University of the Basque Country, signed the agreement and shared firm and respectful handshake in this ceremony.
　Cooperation study and active exchange for sutudents and faculties between both universities are expected through this agreement.
