President Dr. Azuma received a courtesy call from Dr. Kittichai Triratansirichai (President), Dr. Nawarat Wara-aswapati Charoen (Vice President), Dr. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul, (Dean of Faculty of Medicine), Dr. Surasak Wongratanacheewin (Dean of Graduate School), and Ms. Pariya Tonapong (Chief Secretary) from Khon Kaen University, Thailand on February 15, 2016.

President Dr. Kittichai Triratansirichai and his party visited our university to sign an extension of academic cooperation agreement with NUT and exchanged opinions with President Dr. Azuma.

After exchanging opinions, during a campus tour and a lunch meeting with our teaching staff, they actively exchanged information related to future student exchanges and the promotion of joint research.

Nagaoka University of Technology and Khon Kaen University concluded an academic cooperation agreement in 2003. Since then, we have been engaged continually in active exchanges, including the dispatch of overseas internship students and the acceptance of exchange students.
