On November 22,the Academic Cooperation Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding on Student Exchange were concluded at Universidad de Antofagasta,Chile.

President Dr.Azuma and Prof.Dr.Luis Alberto Loyola Morales,President of Universidad de Antofagasta including both universities faculty and staff attended the ceremony and both president signed in a peaceful atmosphere.Dr.Mario S.Grageda Zegarra,head of Centre for Advanced Research on Lithium and Industrial Minerals(celimin)conducted a tour of the facilities in the campus.The next day,November 23,Dr.Carlos Riquelme S.,Director of Faculty of Marine Science and Biological Resources introduced the facility of the Bioinnovation Center.

Cooperation study and active exchange of students and faculty between both universities are expected through this agreement.
