Information on change of Nagaoka University of Technology Entrance Ceremony in FY2020

In view of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, we have decided to change the entrance ceremony location and reduce the size of the ceremony in order to prevent spread of the virus.

For new students, please wear masks during the ceremony. If you have any of the symptoms such as a cold or fever, please DO NOT attend the ceremony.

For all family members, please do not attend the ceremony as we have decided to limit the participants only to students this time.

If we make any changes on the situation, we will inform you on the University website.

The new schedule and location are as follows:

Date: 5 April 2020 (Sun)

Time:

Undergraduate Entrance Ceremony: From 10:00 to 10:20

Graduate Entrance Ceremony: From 11:30 to 11:50

Venue: Nagaoka University of Technology, Lecture Room A and other lecture rooms

• Streaming live of the ceremony is scheduled EXCEPT lecture room A
• An internet video streaming of the ceremony is scheduled Visit the university website for the video streaming https://www.nagaokaut.ac.jp/
