We would like to inform you that the ceremony will be held as follows.

1. Date and time: Monday, August 26, 2024, 11:00 - 11:30 (tentative)
　Please arrive and be seated at your designated seat by 10:30 a.m.

2. Venue: Nagaoka University of Technology, Lecture Room A

3. Others (Precautions, etc.)　
　(1) Family members can also enter the venue for the ceremony.

　(2) Please refrain from participating if you are not feeling well.
