NUT participated in the Magnetics and Optics Research International Symposium 2024.

The Magnetics and Optics Research International Symposium 2024 (MORIS2024, sponsored by the University of York and NUT) was held from May 28 to 31 in York, UK.
In this symposium, numerous researchers (88 individuals from 15 countries) from a wide variety of fields related to magnetism and light (including magneto-optics, magnonics, spintronics, and spin caloritronics) gathered to hold enthusiastic discussions on topics ranging from fundamental research to applications. From NUT, Professor Ishibashi delivered the opening remarks, and two students gave an oral presentation (Mr. Sakaguchi, WISE Program Doctoral Student) and a poster presentation (Mr. Watanabe, Doctoral Student).
NUT looks forward to continuing active research and student exchanges with York University.
