In our laboratory, a general meeting is held once a week to report progresses of research. In the meeting, the students set weekly goal, and the supervisor and the students evaluate the degree of achievement of the previous week. There is no core time in our laboratory. Our laboratory is newly established laboratory, but we can do research without problems because our lab environment is fulfilling. For the undergraduate students in our laboratory, the final goal before graduation is to present the achievement of our study at an academic conference such as The Society of Instrument and Control Engineers, etc.
