School regulations, schedule, notes

NOTES

1. Name appeared in application materials should be the same with students' name registered at university. In case of names in Roman letters, write all letters in capitals.
2. The length of the Dissertation Summary should be approx. 300 characters in Japanese or 100 words in English. The length of the Abstract of Dissertation should be approx. 2000 characters in Japanese or 500 words in English for doctor(approx. 1,000 characters in Japanese or 250 words in English for master).
3. Name in Hiragana on curriculum vitae should be indicated above students’ name.
4. Please fill out the following sections appropriately on Letter of Acceptance of Registration to the Institutional Repository (Doctoral Dissertation).
   1. Name in Katakana on should be indicated above students’ name.
   2. Dissertation Title should be indicated exactly as the title stated on Application Form (with the title in Japanese).

   3. Expected Date of Degree Conferral is the Date of Degree Conferral stated on the Diploma. Please refer to Schedule for Degree Conferral in Graduate School of Engineering.
