How to report when you are away from Nagaoka
If you go abroad (including personal travel and returning home)
Please submit the "Notification of Overseas Travel" through LiveCampus. Notification is required no matter how short the period of overseas travel.
If you do an internship in Japan
Please submit the "Internship Participation Form" via Google Form. Notification is required no matter how short the internship period.
If the destination is within Japan (excluding internships)
If you will be away from Nagaoka for more than one month, please inform your supervisor and the Int’l Student Affairs of the length of time you will be away from Nagaoka and your destination. Please contact the Int’l Student Affairs by email.
Even if you will be away for a short period of time, please inform your academic advisor of your destination. Also, be sure to respond to any emails or phone calls you receive from the university.
Notification of Personal Record
ALL the international students are required to submit this form every year, within the first half of April. The information is used to support you better & contact you when necessary. （New students: within the week of enrollment.）
Do fill out ALL the columns and submit to the Section of International Student Affairs. When any change is made, please inform us.
* Please know that these information may be shared among other offices inside NUT.

Every time you change your address, please make sure to notify the various offices of change of your address.
