　A total of three students from our twinning programs with Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon and with Universidad de Monterrey, Mexico took part in En el 6to Concurso de Oratoria en Japones y Muestra Cultural de Japon, AMIJ, Zona Norte, which was held in Nuevo Leon, Mexico on October 10 (Sat.), 2015. One student won a victory. Another received the prize awarded for effort.

　The speech contest was classified into three categories by level. In Category B (second-half of the elementary level), Ms. Ana Lorena Ezeta Villarreal, an eighth-generation student in the twinning program with Universidad de Monterrey, won a victory. Mr. Hugo Albert Mendoza Espana, who was also a student of the same generation in the same twinning program, received a prize for effort in Category C (completion of the elementary level).

　Nagaoka University of Technology has sponsored the speech contest its inception.
