就職内定・進学決定届の入力について

進学、就職などの進路が決まったら、大学基幹業務ICTシステム（LiveCampusU）の『就職内定・進学決定届』を必ず入力してください。文部科学省が行う統計法に基づく「学校基本調査」にも使用しますので、ご協力をお願いします。
就職内定・進学決定届により知り得た情報は、上記を含む本学業務で必要となる場合に使用しますが、本学個人情報保護規則を遵守し、氏名は一切公表せず上記の目的以外には利用いたしません。
入力箇所は、以下の操作説明資料で確認してください。
When your future plans (such as further education, employment, or returning to your home country) are finalized, please ensure you input them into the system.
This data is required by a survey by the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology.
Information obtained through this application will be used only when necessary for the university's operations, including the above purposes.
However, we will comply with the university's Personal Information Protection Regulations, refrain from disclosing any names, and will not use the information for any purpose other than those stated above.
