就職内定・進学決定届の入力について

進学、就職などの進路が決まったら、大学基幹業務ICTシステム（LiveCampusU）の『就職内定・進学決定届』を必ず入力してください。文部科学省が行う統計法に基づく「学校基本調査」にも使用しますので、ご協力をお願いします。
就職内定・進学決定届により知り得た情報は、上記を含む本学業務で必要となる場合に使用しますが、本学個人情報保護規則を遵守し、氏名は一切公表せず上記の目的以外には利用いたしません。
入力箇所は、以下の操作説明資料で確認してください。
The university asks students who have decided on their future plans—such as continuing their education or entering the workforce—
to fill out the “Notification of Employment or Further Education Decision”
on Live Campus U.
This information will also be used for the “Basic Survey of Schools” conducted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology under the Statistics Act, so we appreciate your cooperation.
Information obtained through the Employment Offer and Further Education Decision Notification Form will be used as necessary for university operations, including the purposes mentioned above. However, we will comply with the university’s Personal Information Protection Regulations, will not disclose any names, and will not use the information for any purposes other than those stated above.
