Candidates for the Doctoral Program for World-leading Innovative & Smart Education (WISE Program) of our university are selected from those admitted to the Department of Science of Technology Innovation. Therefore, to obtain a doctorate degree, it is essential to meet the conditions for completing the program of the Department of Science of Technology Innovation as well as the requirements for the completion of the WISE Program.
