From 17 to 22 June 2015, Prof. R. Gnanamoorthy, Director, Indian Institute on Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing Kancheepuram visited our university.
The purpose of his visit is to discuss about establishment of a joint degree programme between both universities.

During his visit, Prof. Gnanamoorthy paid a courtesy call on President Dr. Koichi Niihara. On 17 June 2015, Nagaoka University of Technology and Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing Kancheepuram renewed academic agreement. So far two universities have been pursuing collaborative research activities in particular department, both universities agreed to expand it into university-wide level. We sincerely hope the collaboration will become more and more active.
